Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Global Horizon (“we”, “us”), a trucking company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, handles information collected through globalhzon.com. It does not cover the GTS platform at tmsgst.vercel.app, which is governed by the agreement you accept when you create an account there.

Information we collect

• Information you send us: when you use a quote or contact form, or email us, we receive your name, company, email, phone and the freight or dispatch details you provide.
• Language preference: stored in your browser only (localStorage) so the site remembers English or Spanish. It never leaves your device.
• Standard server logs: our hosting provider records basic request data (IP address, timestamp, page) to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to your request — to quote a load, set up dispatch, or answer a question — and to keep records of our business dealings. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Service providers

This site is hosted on Vercel. Our email runs on Google Workspace. When you submit a form, your message is sent to us by email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Retention

We keep quote and contact correspondence for as long as needed for our operations and to meet transportation recordkeeping requirements, then delete or archive it.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we delete it, email info@globalhzon.com. You can clear the language preference any time by clearing your browser's site data.
