This site describes our freight, dispatch and software services. Nothing on it is an offer, a rate, or a binding commitment. Content may change without notice.
Rates and capacity discussed by phone, email or form are estimates until confirmed in writing on a rate confirmation or written agreement. A shipment is only booked once we confirm it in writing.
Freight moved by Global Horizon is subject to our carrier authority (MC #1802380, US DOT #4541638), our insurance, and the terms of the applicable rate confirmation, broker-carrier agreement or bill of lading, which govern in the event of any conflict with this page.
We work with carriers two ways. (a) Dispatch service: you run your own operating authority and we act as your dispatch agent — not as a broker — under a written service agreement; you remain responsible for your own compliance, safety and insurance. (b) Lease-on program: you operate under Global Horizon's authority (MC #1802380) under a written lease agreement, which governs that arrangement. In either case, our fee is a percentage of the linehaul and the specific terms are set in the applicable agreement, which controls over this page.
The GTS platform (tmsgst.vercel.app) is a separate product with its own terms and privacy terms, which you accept when you create an account. This page's description of GTS is for information only.
The Global Horizon name, logo, and the content of this site belong to Global Horizon. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.
